Who is Loulou at The Forex Complex

Loulou is the Head of Sales at The Forex Complex (TFXC). She leads growth and the broker partnerships that let TFXC offer its signals, education and community at no cost to members, and she manages the team around that work. Inside the company she is known for two things: she gets to the point, and she rolls up her sleeves.

Professional background

Loulou has spent the last three years managing forex teams and HR, which is where she learned how a trading team has to be run: clear roles, clear targets and short lines between the people who sell, the people who support members and the people who publish the signals. Before that she worked in sales for a range of clients, which is the experience she draws on when she negotiates with the trading platforms TFXC partners with.

Role at The Forex Complex

As Head of Sales, Loulou manages the relationships with the regulated trading platforms that fund the service through referral partnerships, and she vets each partner against standards the team would be comfortable using themselves. She is also responsible for the onboarding experience of new members and for the HR side of the team: who joins, how the team is organised and how it grows.
