Is Goat Funded Trader legit?
Goat Funded Trader is a real, registered company (a trade name of Wishes Tower International Limited in Hong Kong, with an operating entity in Saint Lucia) that runs simulated funded-account programmes and reports $29 million paid to traders. It is not a broker and holds no client money. Its trust picture is mixed: its Trustpilot TrustScore is currently unavailable because of a guideline breach, and 40 percent of its 4,352 Trustpilot reviews are one star, mostly about payout rejections and group-trading accusations. Legit, but read the rules and the complaints before you pay.
Is Goat Funded Trader available in the UK?
Yes. The United Kingdom is not on Goat Funded Trader's restricted-country list, which excludes places such as Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Israel. UK traders can sign up and pay by card, but because every account is simulated, Goat Funded Trader is not FCA-authorised and no FCA retail protections apply.

Is Goat Funded Trader good for beginners?
The low entry sizes from $2,500 and the no-time-limit challenges are beginner-friendly, but the model menu is confusing, several rules changed in mid-2026, and the payout caps, 0.5 percent valid-day rule and 3 percent fee catch newcomers out. A beginner should start with the 2-Step Standard, ignore the add-ons, and read the help centre before paying.
