Four years at TFXC Edwin is a trader and the Chief Operating Officer of The Forex Complex. He traded on the Amsterdam trading floor before TFXC, has been with the company for four years and is part of its management today.
Edwin is the Chief Operating Officer of The Forex Complex (TFXC) and a trader himself. He runs the day-to-day operations that keep more than 325,000 members supported: the broker partnerships that fund the free service, and the internal processes that keep signals, education and member support running on schedule across time zones. He has been with TFXC for four years and is part of the management team.
Edwin comes from the trading side, not the office side. Before TFXC he traded on the trading floor in Amsterdam, which is where he learned to work under time pressure with real money on the line, and where he picked up the discipline that a signals service needs: a process that runs the same way every day, whatever the market is doing.
As COO, Edwin owns the operation. That means the partnerships with the regulated brokers that pay for the service, the coordination between the people who publish the signals, the people who support members and the people who build the platform, and the systems that let a small team serve a very large community. If something in the daily routine breaks, it is his job to get it running again.
Edwin treats the operation the way a trader treats a position: define the process, measure it, and fix what is off before it costs anything. The weekly rhythm of signals, live streams and support exists because someone keeps it on schedule, and at TFXC that someone is Edwin.
